Consul General Tanvir A. Bhatti, attended the 11th China International Property Management Summit Forum in Chengdu today and delivered a speech.

Under the theme “Smart Innovation for Quality Services, Empowering a Better Life”, this year’s forum brought together government leaders, industry experts, and representatives of leading enterprises to engage in in-depth discussions on core topics such as high-quality development of the property management industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, smart property transformation, and the integration of “property services + lifestyle services”.

In his remarks, the Consul General emphasized that China and Pakistan, leveraging the CPEC and the BRI as key instruments, are advancing all-weather strategic cooperative partnership. While China is vigorously promoting the deep integration of urban renewal and lifestyle services, Pakistan is at a critical stage of accelerated urbanization, presenting enormous potential for bilateral cooperation.
