The Conference is organized by the CCPIT Sichuan Council and supported by SARCC CCI  and ACC, it serves as a multidimensional platform established by Sichuan Province to deepen trade, investment, and economic cooperation with countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia.

巴基斯坦驻成都总领事坦维尔今日出席《2026?川—南亚东南亚国家工商发展合作大会》开幕式，并在专题研讨会上致辞。Following an introduction to the Consulate General's role and its ongoing efforts to promote Pakistan–China economic and trade cooperation, the Consul General elaborated on the future direction of Phase II of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He highlighted Pakistan's transition from infrastructure-led cooperation to a new phase focused on industrial collaboration, digital transformation, and sustainable development. 

总领事首先简要介绍领馆职能及促进中巴经贸合作的持续努力，随后详细阐述中巴经济走廊（CPEC）?二阶段的未来发展方向。

He noted that Pakistan is actively promoting digital infrastructure, e-commerce, ICT, renewable energy, electric mobility, modern agriculture, and advanced manufacturing through supportive policies and investment incentives benefitting from Sichuan's technological and industrial capabilities.

他指出，巴基斯坦正从基础设施主导的合作模式，向以产业协作、数字化转型和可持续发展为核心的新阶段过渡。他表示，巴基斯坦正通过制定支持性政策和投资激励措施，积极对接?川省的技术与产业优势，共同推动数字基础设施、电子商务、信息通信技术、可再生能源、电动出行、现代农业和先进制造业的发展。
