Consulate General of Pakistan, Chengdu observed a solemn Kashmir Solidarity Day event to commemorate the sacrifices of people of Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir.

The event was attended by Pakistani diaspora, academics and students living in different areas of Sichuan province. Mr. Tanvir A. Bhatti, Consul General of Pakistan in Chengdu, highlighted the Kashmir movement, its historical perspective and Pakistan’s moral, political and diplomatic support for the cause.

Members of community also expressed their feelings of love and camaraderie for Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
